Do you ship to the US Mainland and internationally?
Yes, we ship our cookies across the US Mainland and to select international destinations via USPS and FedEx to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh daily with no added preservatives. We recommend enjoying them within 5 to 7 days of arrival, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
Are there gluten-free or nut-free options available?
While we offer some flavors without nuts, all our cookies are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy. We do not currently offer certified gluten-free options.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
Absolutely! We love being part of your celebrations. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance for large custom orders, weddings, or corporate gifting.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been baked and packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your cookies' journey from Hawaii to your doorstep.
